Park City House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- We require two nights deposit with a signed lease to hold the property, which becomes the security deposit and is fully refundable after departure so long as no damage. The full rental money is due two months prior to arrival, or upon reservation if that comes later. The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within six weeks of arrival.
