- The master bedroom on the first floor is furnished with a king bed and holds a private entrance into the covered lanai of the pool area. The master en-suite bathroom offers a deep tub for a late night retreat at your leisure. The second floor has 4 bedrooms. The 1st provides a queen bed with a view overlooking the vibrantly colorful street-scape of homes. The 2nd offers a cozy full bed and a view over the pool and conservation area. The 3rd comes with 2 twin beds also with a view of the pool and rustic conservation land. The 4th presents a set of bunk beds and Xbox 360 game console. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share an ensuite full bathroom while bedrooms 1 and 4 have shared access to a separate full bathroom. All bedrooms have cable TV. Additionally, queen size air mattress available.

However, never under estimate the amusement and enjoyment that a south facing pool with exposure to all day sun, jetted spa and sun loungers can bring to entire families.
