Myrtle Beach Condo Summary
This condo completed building in March of 2007. It is very spacious with over 2100 square feet. The condo is professional decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped for almost any type of cooking. We tried to think of everything for a beach vacation. There are ten beach chairs and beach towels for your use. There are boogie boards and sand buckets for the children. Almost everything you will need to go and lay out on the beach execpt suntan lotion. TV's and DVD players in each bedroom and a PS2 in one of the kids rooms. The children will love the pool and the kid's pool. There is on-site parking. We hope you enjoy your vacation.

This condo is within walking distance of the Family Kingdom Amusement park, a fishing pier, a oceanfront water park, restaurants, and of course the ocean. You can see all of these attractions from the balcony of the condo. Within 3 miles is Coastal Grand Mall, Broadway at the Beach, and countless other attractions.

- In the master bathroom there is a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. That way two people can wash at the same times. There is also a large mirror so two people could easily get ready for the day at the same time. This is important with large number of people. The first bathroom has its own full bathroom with a tub/shower combination with a large mirror. The other bathroom is between the other two bedrooms.

There is a wonderful kid’s pool area. It has two mushrooms that water comes out of, two huts that make what looks like a water fall, coconut trees that water come out of, and many other things. What my kids like the most is the large bucket in the middle of the kid’s area. It fills up with water and tips over and dumps gallons of water on them. They play in this area for hours.
The pool is a heated pool and lazy river combination. The kids swim around and around and around.
There is also two heated whirlpools.
