Half of the rent will be due within 2 weeks of booking and the balance will be due within 4 weeks of booking. This is subject to change depending upon circumstances and time frame. Any cancellation will be subject to a fee consisting of possible forfeiture of rent already paid and the ability to re-rent the unit.
