- Security deposit of 10% of rent is due within 3 days of booking to guarantee reservation. Security deposit will be returned without interest after rental time if the unit is in the same condition as it was prior to renting. Half of the rent will be due within 2 weeks of booking and the balance will be due within 4 weeks of booking. This is subject to change depending upon circumstances and time frame. Any cancellation will be subject to a fee consisting of possible forfeiture of rent already paid and the ability to re-rent the unit.

Bethany Beach House Details
Golf Details: Golf course is comprised of three 9-hole championship courses. Greens fees and cart costs are located on website. See web page.
Recreation Fee: Recreation fee varies per week of the year. It is payable at the fitness center upon arrival.
Attractions: There is tax-free outlet shopping available in Rehoboth about 10 miles away. A water park and large boardwalk are also located there. Many fine dining restaurants are in the area. In the town of Bethany there are several great restaurants. Outside of Bethany there is a great place called Blue Coast. The town of Ocean View also offers a nice selection. There are two shopping centers located about 1 mile from the house. They each contain a food market, some restaurants and there is a liquor store as well. There are some unique shops located in Ocean View. The surrounding areas include Ocean View, Bethany Beach, South Bethany. Not far away is Fenwick Island which offers a large park/beach and Ocean City, MD.
