  • Payment Policy - $500 Reservation Fee due at time of booking. Rental balance due in full 60 days prior to arrival date. $350 Security Deposit will be returned within 2 weeks after departure date less damage costs, if any.
  • Cancellation Policy - If cancellation is received 60 days prior to arrival date, reservation fee will be returned in full. If cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to arrival date, reservation fee will be forfeited. There will be no refund if cancellations are received within 21 days prior to arrival date. If the home is re-rented, all monies, less reservation fee, will be refunded.
