- Cancellation Policy - If cancellation is received 60 days prior to arrival date, reservation fee will be returned in full. If cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to arrival date, reservation fee will be forfeited. There will be no refund if cancellations are received within 21 days prior to arrival date. If the home is re-rented, all monies, less reservation fee, will be refunded.
