- All the houses in the area are on septic tanks and pump their own water. The water is filtered, but most people still prefer to drink bottled water. The house has a cold water dispenser and I provide a jug of water.

- The master bedroom is up circular stairs in the loft and is accessed from the main floor. It has a full bath and balcony, as well as TV and VCR. The room with the bunk beds is very small; I've found children often like the coziness of it. There is a living area with TV and VCR on this floor, as well as the kitchen and a full bath. The main decks are off this level. The bedroom on the bottom floor has a cot in addition to the double bed. You'll find a crib in the closet and high chair in the closet on this level. The futon in the den pulls out for relaxing while watching TV or playing video games, and the extra frig on this 1st level comes in handy. The bath on this level is shower (no tub), and the laundry facilities are through this bathroom.
