- Check ins during the week of Thanksgiving 2008 are subject to a 10% surcharge added to rates
- 6% Maryland Sales Tax, 5% Garrett County Occupancy Tax and a $65 Administration Fee. and 'Peace of Mind' property damage policy at varies per stay. Optional Travel Insurance is available for 4.5% of the base rental rate.
