The Queen suite has a 42 inch wall mounted plasma TV, dresser, and closets. The twin suites come with a night stand, closet, TV with DVD/VCR, PlayStation 2, and other games for the kiddies.

Port Charlotte Villa Details
Terms and Conditions: Our home is privately owned and located in a good quality residential area. If you choose to rent our home, the responsible party must be 25 years of age. Understanding you are embarking on a self-catering vacation and should understand that they will not be staying in a hotel style environment. The neighboring homes in the area are occupied by full time residents; therefore we ask that you respect their privacy. (No Parties) The contents of our home are in excellent condition, clean and well maintained for your pleasure. The maximum capacity for the villa is six to eight persons. The entire villa is designated as a No Smoking zone. Any Hi-Tech equipment in the house such as TVs and other entertainment systems must be used with it's corresponding remote controls. Any technical difficulties and issues must be addressed to the manager for proper attention. The pool is professionally serviced; therefore, renters are not allowed to adjust any of the pool equipment.
