Condo has two queen size beds in the large bedroom and a trundle bed (two twins) in the living area. Great for coming in after skiing and lounging before you go out. Comfy leather sofa and love seat and trundle bed allow adequate space for 6 to relax comfortably. Dining table and chairs to seat 6. Full kitchen, utensils and pots and pans for cooking. One of the popular features for this condo is having 2 queen size beds in the bedroom. And, there is still plenty of room to get around. Very large for a one bedroom. At over 810 square feet, this condo is the size of most 2 bedrooms in Breckenride area. Full bath with tub/shower. Condo is decorated in mountain cabin style, making it the perfect 'mountain' feel for your vacation. We welcome you to enjoy!

View and Location: View from condo overlooks the Blue River and the backside of Main Street. Bridges provide access to central downtown shops, dining, and entertainment, just steps away from your vacation condo. Best location in Breckenridge. For winter, shuttle out in the morning and ski-in down the 4 o'clock ski run when you're done. Unit is located two blocks from Peak 9. Shuttles run every fifteen minutes and are located directly in front of the condo, with access to both Peak 8 and Peak 9 bases. You ski down the bottom of 4 o'clock, which is right across the street from your condo. After skiing, you're just 1/2 block to enjoy the restaurants, bars, shopping and nightlife of Breckenridge. In summer, condo is in premier location, right next to the Riverwalk center, which is the center of summer activities for Breck. Enjoy outdoor summer concerts and lounge around the river 'park' right in front of your condo.

Lots of Extras with this one!: Condo is managed totally by the owner and used as a weekend get-away. Well furnished and very 'homey.' Lots of extras, including satellite TV, a video library and unique decor by local Colorado artist. Scenes include view from the condo front, picture of the ski-slopes from the Main Street side of the condo and a 'bear picnic' scene. We also have free internet access for those that want to bring a laptop.

Ski: Skiing: Your Breckenridge ski pass is also good at Keystone (try night skiing!) and Arapahoe Basin. In addition, Copper Mountain, Vail, and Beaver Creek are all within 1 hour of Breckenridge, giving you the choice of 6 different major ski areas. Need a break from skiing? Try snowshoeing, snowmobiling, horse and sleigh rides, nordic skiing, snow tubing, outlet mall shopping, or stay in Breckenridge and browse over 200 shops and restaurants! Note: Many people ski in other areas, but still prefer to stay in the town of Breckenridge. With the close proximity to all ski resorts in town, this allows you to ski your favorite mountain and still enjoy everyone's favorite town!

Golf: There are numerous golf courses in the area. The Jack Nicholas golf course in Breckenridge is just 3 miles north. Keystone, Silverthorne, Copper Mountain, Vail and Beaver Creek also host renowned golf courses, within an easy drive.
