Priscilla Landing is the popular recreational area of East Orleans, with lobster boats, kayakers, clammers, swimmers, fishermen, and families enjoying the beauty of the area. Take the short walk along the picturesque shoreline looking beyond to the North Atlantic, and you'll find yourself on the sands of the big beach, 'Nauset Beach.' The NHA staircase, a three minute walk from the house is also available for beach access.

Bedroom/Den #2 has a pullout sofa, cable TV, chairs and large closet. This bright room is cheerful, with large windows allowing beautiful water views. If used as a bedroom, the room can be made private by closing the the shade. The opening through the den and kitchen can be seen in the kitchen photo, and the shade from within the den can be closed for privacy.

The pull out sofa in the den will accommodate a guest. There is a TV with cable in the den as well as a DVD player. This room boasts beautiful views of the Nauset inlet. Although the living room with it's gorgeous water views has a fireplace, we must ask that our guests not use it in the summer months. The house has hardwood floors, ceramic tile, and large windows throughout making it light, bright and cheerful. The cookware is all stainless, appliances are spotless, housewares are in perfect condition and the house is immaculate. Washer and dryer are in the full basement. Truly a gem in the most popular recreational area of Nauset Heights, the Priscilla Road Town Landing. It's all there right outside the door. Walk along the beach, bring a chair and book, spend hours reflecting on the beauty of the area. A glass of wine on the deck as the sun sets into the west, and life is perfect.
