Deer Valley Townhome Details
The main level has a fully-equipped, gourmet kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, full refrigerator, and place settings for 12 with seating at the counter and dining table. The living room features a large sofa and cable television with DVD and VCR, a woodburning fireplace, and sliding glass doors to an upper deck with mountain views and a gas grill. The loft provides a separate area with another television, VCR, Nintendo & Playstation and a complete music sound system. A wide variety of movie titles, games, and books are provided for guests as is a fax/copy machine.
Ridgepoint offers a heated pool in the summer and a community spa year round as well as tennis and basketball courts. Covered parking is included. Deer Valley is famous for its amazing cuisine and exceptional service, but a ten minute drive to Park City (or free shuttle within two blocks) offers over 100 restaurants and endless recreational activities. The amazing benefit of this location is that three world class resorts - Deer Valley, Park City Resort and The Canyons - are all within ten minutes of each other and Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, and Brighton are within an hour of this peaceful retreat up the mountain.
Ski: Ski directly out of front door and over bridges to the main ski runs of Deer Valley. Ski home under Homestake lift and take skis off to cross road and walk @ 50 paces to rear of Ridgepoint where you put skis back on and ski to front door.
