Great Place to Stay!: This is a wonderful unit for families or for several couples needing a 'time out.' This unit is beautifully appointed with vaulted ceilings, custom window treatments, custom artwork and paint, and is decorated with a tropical flavor. This is a no-smoking, no pets unit. Sterling Shores' grounds are beautifully landscaped with luscious palm trees and tropicals. You will be able to enjoy Both of Sterling Shores' pools -- one huge 4,300 sq. ft. lagoon pool, and one pool located directly on the Gulf with full service snack bar. On our beautiful beach, chairs and umbrellas are also available for a small fee. If you have business to take care of remotely, there is also free high-speed Internet access available in the condo. A covered parking space in the garage is included with your booking.

Location:: Sterling Shores is located next to Silver Shells and walking distance from Ruth's Chris Steak House, The Back Porch Seafood and Oyster Bar and Grazie's Italian Restaurant. Located across the street from The Track Amusement Center and a short drive from The Big Kahuna Water Park, Sterling Shores has easy access to Mid-Bay Bridge and Highway 98 with a dedicated traffic light. There is also an in-house movie theater (where you can use your own movies!) and seasonal children's programs. If you are a golfer, you receive 10% off the green fees at Kelly Plantation Golf Club by being a renter at Sterling Shores.

Activities:: (on site or nearby): Destin is teeming with activities including snorkeling, scuba diving, Sea-doos and Jet Skis, deep sea fishing, The Big Kahuna Water Park, golf courses, water skiing, parasailing. There is also biking, tennis, miniature golf, arcades, restaurants, cinemas, sightseeing, and windsurfing. There is also a huge outlet mall within 7 miles of the condo, and a large retail mall within approximately 1 mile. Once you stay here, you will not want to stay anywhere else! Note: No special requests will be acknowledged regarding shortened stays due to travel time, reduced rates due to less people in the unit, or accommodating special needs regarding cancellations. Please read the rental conditions carefully before booking this unit. Receipt of deposit indicates that you have read and are in agreement with the rental conditions.

Guest Book: This condo is very elegantly decorated with top of the line furniture and accessories. The location is superb, the beach is close (even closer than pictures appear), the pool is fabulous.
