Punaluu House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Discount rate is available for two week stay or longer. Rate available on request.
- Normal Rate is $250 per night with a 3 night minimum stay. Summer Rate runs from June 1st through August 30th and is $350 per night with a 3 night minimum stay. Holiday Rate is from December 15th to January 15th and is $450 per night with a 4 night minimum stay.
- A deposit of $500 is required to secure the rental and is refundable following cleaning and inspection.

- Each bedroom in Hale Hoonanea offers a spacious, peaceful environment to relax and get a restful night’s sleep. The Master Bedroom has a pillow-top queen bed, large dresser, hanging closet, single daybed/reading couch, CD player with alarm clock and a large picture window which looks directly out to the ocean. Open the bamboo blinds before you go to bed and let the morning sunrise be your wake-up call. Close the blinds in the afternoon, set your ideal temperature with the remote controlled A/C, place a soothing Hawaiian CD in the stereo and slip blissfully into a paradise nap. Perfect for two little ones, the “Sky” bedroom, Ke Ouali, has two single beds, two large windows looking out to the ocean and up to the mountains as well as remote controlled air conditioning. The “Coral” bedroom, Aikoaiko, has a full size pillow-top bed, windows looking up to the majestic Koolau Mountains, remote controlled air conditioning and a half bath.
