Kapaa Condo Summary

The unit is a one-bedroom condo with a queen-sized Murphy bed in the living room. It overlooks the pool area with the ocean about 100 yards from our unit. The Pono Kai has beautiful grounds with two putting greens, walking paths through the complex as well as by the ocean, koi pond, herb garden, and many local trees and flowers. Our condo has an extra window in the living room which allows breezes to circulate most of the time. It has a lanai with a table and four chairs, especially nice to watch the sun go up or down. The living room has a loveseat, chair, TV with DVD, CD player etc. The kitchen is fully furnished and beginning supplies for your arrival. The bathroom has an overhead fan. There is a tub with shower and grab bars. Soap, toilet paper and hair dryer are provided.

Kapaa Condo Details

The bedroom has a queen size bed, fan, dresser, a TV and chair. Linens, towels, some spices, cleaning supplies, iron, ironing board, vacuum, beach towels and mats, along with beach chairs and cooler are supplied. We do ask that if you run out of something you please replace it for the next guest.

Internet access is available, ask at the front desk. The phone in the condo is local calling only. No long distance carrier. Please use a calling card or the pay phones at the pool or lobby. If you have a question or problem call our local manager who's number is posted in the kitchen.
