Evart Chalet Summary

Welcome to Lake Miramichi, one of the deepest all sports private lakes in northern Michigan! Lake Miramichi is an ideal spot for families, boaters, sportsmen, and anyone who enjoys the outdoors. Privacy is a wonderful aspect to this location, and for renters a marina is available for boat rentals, We do have a dock, unfortunately it is not permitted to bring your own boat onto the lake. The property is a four bedroom two full bathroom chalet, (2300 sq ft. every thing new) secluded on a peninsula. (dead end). Across the lake is a play area for children, beach area, and picnic area. This is a wonderful private community, which makes it a quiet, beautiful respite, especially for a family with children. Enjoy barbecues and cocktails on the upper deck while enjoying the lake view. We truly cherish this family getaway and want to share it!

Evart Chalet Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • peak season(june21st through sept 5th) $2,000 per week off peak (may 30th through j$1,500 per week
  • * There is also a $500 (refundable) security deposit required.
    * Terms are as follows: $1000 required at time of booking, remainder required four weeks before scheduled stay.

Evart Chalet Details

As part of the rental you are also entitled to full use of our speed boat (cost of renting normally $500 per week) with tube and line at no extra cost. The speed boat is a 17.5 bayliner with less than 50 hours of use, purchased in June of 2006. So for the price of the rental a great bonus for you and your kids to enjoy.
