Two decks extend over a man-made lake, which is loaded with fish. Yes, you can fish from the deck or launch your canoe or kayak into the water for a more serene experience. The townhouse has three levels. It has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have queen sized beds. The third bedroom has a bunked bed with a full at the bottom and a twin at the top. There are two full sized sofa beds in the living room.

It is very convenient to just about anything you want to do or anywhere that you want to go in Charleston. You can get there within a 7 to 15 minute drive. Popular destinations include Folly Beach, the Historic district, Daniel's Island, Patriot's point. Also a convenient location for golfing, tennis or bicycle or horseback riding.
