Charleston Townhome Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Reservation not confirmed until deposit is paid
- $150.00 per night /2 night minimum Oct 1, 2012 thru Feb 2013 or $850 week
$165 per night / 2 night minimum March 1 thru April 30, 2013 $1000 week
$165 per night /3 night minimum May 1 thru Sept 30 2012 $1000 week
Nightly rate does not include $75 cleaning fee and 13.5% taxes.
All Holidays 4 night minimum at $165 per night
$2300 monthly rental plus $75.00 cleaning fee, Oct thru February - willing to negotiate rate - $225 deposit to reserve dates $25 of which is nonrefundable.
PAYMENT – The total amount of your stay is to be paid in full prior to stay.
CANCELLATIONS – A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation
