Sarasota House Details
Golf : The Meadows Country Club has three golf courses: 'The Meadows', 'The Highlands' and 'The Groves'. A Social Cllub Membership entitles a Beneficial User to use all of the social facilities of the Meadows Country Club. A Social Cllub Member may play golf upon payment of green fees and golf cart-fees, and may schedule tee times up to TWO (2) days in advance (the Meadows Course May 1st through November 30th; the Highlands and Groves courses year-around). A Social Club Member may play tennis upon payment of court time-fees, and may reserve a court up to TWO (2) days in advance. Note: The Meadows Country Club has recently opened the'The Groves' golf course to the public. The house is a 5 minute drive to the Bobby Jones Public Municipal Golf Complex. The 'American Course' there is par 71, 'The British Course' is par 72, and The Gilespie Exec. Course' is par 30 nine holes. Tatum Ridge Golf Links is about 15 minutes from the house and is an excellent privately run public course.
Travel: To reach The Meadows by automobile, use exit 39 or 40 from I-75. Visitors traveling by plane can fly into the Sarasota-Bradenton Airport or the Tampa Airport. The drive from Tampa is about 1 hour. The drive from Sarasota-Bradenton is about 20 minutes.
