Payment: A credit card and/or cleared check is required to hold your reservation. Payment for stays of 7 days or less is required upon arrival. Payment for longer then 7 days pays in advance for one week and full payment upon arrival. Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for stays of less than 7 nights must be received via telephone or email at least 48 hours prior to arrival or you will be charged for one night’s stay. Reservations for stays of more than 7 days must be canceled 5 days prior. Failure to cancel will result in a charge of 10% of the cost of the total stay. - Children and pets are welcome with prior notice. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
