Looking for a great place to spend time with your family at the Jersey Shore? Our 2nd floor duplex unit comes with everything you need for a fabulous, relaxing vacation. This property is only 2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk, so you can leave your car and walk to it all! Our family-friendly set-up includes 2 queen beds, 4 twin beds, and a new queen-size sleeper sofa. A crib is also available. Enjoy a book on the covered front porch, gaze at the lights of the boardwalk Ferris wheel from the rooftop deck, or watch a movie together after a day in the sand. The newly refurnished living room comes equipped with a TV, DVD player and VCR, and 3 of the 4 bedrooms have TVs with VCR. For your entertainment, we've stocked the hall closet with games, books, and movies, so pick one and enjoy! The kitchen is equipped with all of the amenities of home, including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all of the dishes and cookware you'll need for a quick breakfast or a family feast.

Ocean City Condo Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • October through April ........ $1000/week
    May, June, and September ..... $1000 - $2250/week
    July and August .............. $2650/week
    Weekend rentals available before Memorial Day & after Labor Day.
  • Rental period is Saturday to Saturday
    Check-in 2:00pm Check-out 10:00am
    $250 deposit holds your dates and becomes your refundable security deposit.
    Half of rental fee is due within 30 days of signing contract.
    Balance is due 30 days prior to occupancy.
    Family Rentals Only, Please - No Senior Week, After-Prom or Groups.
    Must be at least 21 years old
