Fully equipped kitchen with all kitchen supplies, Coffee Maker, condiment, toaster, plenty of dishes, pots and pans. Breakfast area. Dining room with 2 dining tables. Basement has fitness equipment, poker table, room with washer and dryer. House has paper towels, bathroom tissue, soaps, shampoo etc. Brand new out- door hot-tub with back jet, neck jet, sole jet. Hot-tub sits five people plus lounge. There are indoor and outdoor playgrounds for kids with a lot of toys.

Ski: Traverse City is a skiers paradise, with miles of groomed trails that are perfect for a good workout. Several ski areas offer full- service cross-country ski facilities including equipment rentals and lighted trails for night skiing. Explore the area on snowshoes- the oldest snow sport in the world. The best trail is along the Boardman River, with rolling forested terrain and small lakes. Snowshoeing helps to burn 45% more calories than walking or running. For sheer thrills, there is nothing quite like snowboarding.
