The third bathroom in the pod section of the house was completely renovated in December 2011, literally new from floor to ceiling. It is an oversized bathroom with a separate toilet closet and contains double vanities with granite tops, embedded sinks and italian tile.

- The main section of the house is located on the south side of the courtyard. It houses the master bedroom, 2 other bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room, and an indoor bar. The rear of the house faces the blue ocean waters and is framed by three 8’ wide sliding glass doors for panoramic views of the beach. These 3 bedrooms were renovated in December 2012. We have another stand-alone unit on the north side of the courtyard which houses the 4th and 5th bedrooms, another full bathroom, and a Washer/Dryer. This section was renovated in November 2011 and resulted in the construction of 2 new bedrooms and one new, over-sized bathroom.
