Our spacious, beachfront home, “Calypso”, provides for the utmost in relaxation and privacy, along with fabulous views of the Beach. This 2300 sq. ft. single-story house has 5 bedrooms with 3 full baths and Central Air Conditioning throughout. Take in unsurpassed views of the beach and ocean from the second story observatory or watch the waves from the back of the main house, which is lined with Sliding Glass Doors. Enjoy ultimate privacy on a virtually private & secluded beach and within the home’s two separate wings, joined by a common outdoor courtyard. This house is perfect for romantic getaways, groups of couples, or families with children. Enjoy Panoramic Views from the Observatory and Sun Deck with Lounge Chairs. Grab a drink from the Indoor Bar, enjoy some music from the Ipod Docking Station, and watch the waves from the three 8’ wide sliding glass doors at the rear of the house. Enjoy BBQ dinner on the 18x41’outdoor courtyard with seating for 8 or hire a Bahamian cook.

The Exuma Beach House is located 3 miles from the Airport and only 2 miles from the Four Seasons Resort, Golf Club, Casino and Marina. The Four Seasons Resort has several new restaurants, the Greg Norman Golf Course, a large Marina and a new Casino. Of course, the facility also contains a day Spa (call the Spa in advance of your arrival for reservations).

  • The main section of the house is located on the south side of the courtyard. It houses the master bedroom, 2 other bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room, and an indoor bar. The rear of the house faces the blue ocean waters and is framed by three 8’ wide sliding glass doors for panoramic views of the beach. We have another stand-alone unit on the north side of the courtyard which houses the 4th and 5th bedrooms, another full bathroom, and a Washer/Dryer.

Great Exuma House Details

The house is approximately two miles from the new Four Seasons Golf and Spa Resort, Casino and Marina. The golf course is a Greg Norman designed course. The Casino just opened. A brand new grocery store nearby stocks all the items you will need for a vacation, but you will certainly want to eat out and some of the new restaurants.
