- A deposit of 50% of your rental is required to hold reservations.
- Payment in full is required two weeks prior to your arrival.
- Payment by cash or check is accepted. We will accept Credit Card via PayPal, for a 2% fee.
- $400 refundable security and additional cleaning deposit required.
- 8% Deschutes County and Oregon state Tax applies. DCCA #522.
- For a full refund (less $25), cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
- A $25 cancellation charge will be deducted from all deposit refunds.
- Reservation date changes must be made by the above dates to avoid deposit penalties.
- No refunds for early departures.
- Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out is 11:00am.
- Lodging offer is subject to change without notice.
- No pets or smoking allowed.
