Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Security deposit is $500. One-half of the full amount is collected upon reservation and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservation deposits are gladly refunded if the week is re-booked with another party.
- Complimentary lobster dinner for 4 with bookings of 2 consecutive weeks or more (some restrictions may apply-inquire for details).
