Slopeside Getaway is an affordable, newly redecorated, warm and inviting condo built in 2000 and conveniently located minutes from the base of Winter Park Resort and the Fraser River hiking and biking trail. Our year-round getaway is geared towards the whole family with a room designed just for kids! After a winter's day of skiing, snowmobiling or sledding or a summer's day of hiking, fishing, boating or golfing, this is the perfect place to come home and relax, unwind and recharge! Our goal is to pamper you and provide you with a home away from home which is comfortable, convenient, enjoyable and affordable.

Winter Park is located northwest of Denver. It is a year round vacation spot with access to a variety of summer and winter sports activities. In addition, it is close to three lakes, including Grand Lake, which is the highest natural lake in Colorado. The city of Grand Lake is also the western entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.
