Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- * All rates exclude Taxes. 50% Deposit to reserve. Total payment is due 60 days in advance of rental. 3% Credit Card surcharge.
* Cancellations: more than 60 days before rental, receive full refund less $150 Fee; less than 60 days, no refund unless unit can be re-rented, less $150 Fee.
Minimum age for primary renter is 25 years.
