The beach is your vacation!: Unit comes with bath towels, beach chairs and beach umbrella for guests to use while vacationing. Please bring your own beach towels or buy them from one of the many shops that are just a short drive from the condo.
Nice Quiet Neighborhood, but close to Action!: The condo is a 5 minute walk to 2 restaurants/ two beach bars and a 7-11 convenience store is about 6 blocks away. The unit is a 5 minute drive to the grocery store and John's Pass, with over 30 restaurants, shops, water sports, and more! The property is also 15 minutes to St. Petersburg's beaches, museums and downtown waterfront Bay Walk entertainment center, movie theaters and restaurants. The condo is 30-40 minutes to Tampa airport.
Ski: Water Skiing on the Gulf of Mexico is available at John's Pass Village, about 10 minutes drive from the condo.
Golf: Public golf facilities are located in the city of St. Petersburg, about 15 minutes away.
