No musty, outdated Florida beach rental here! Just the best furnishings for both the owner and his discriminating guests! 150 cable channels! Wall mounted flat screen TVs! Free long distance phone calls throughout the USA and Canada! Calls to countries other than the USA and Canada are blocked, as well as collect, 3rd party, and operator assisted calls. Calls to 411 information to look up a phone number-both domestic and international- will be billed to you at a cost of $5.00 each. Please do not use 411 or international information calls! Free High Speed Internet connection!
The beach is your vacation! Heated Pool!: Unit comes with bath towels, beach chairs and beach umbrella for guests to use while vacationing. Nice Quiet Neighborhood, but close to Action!: The condo is a 5 minute walk to 2 restaurants/ two beach bars and a 7-11 convenience store is about 6 blocks away. The unit is a 5 minute drive to the grocery store and John's Pass, with over 30 restaurants, shops, water sports, and more! The property is also 15 minutes to St. Petersburg's beaches, museums and downtown waterfront Bay Walk entertainment center, movie theaters and restaurants. The condo is 30-40 minutes to Tampa airport.
