Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing 30 days prior to expected date of arrival. If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, you will be charged for two night's accommodations.

Rental Deposit: 50% deposit required to secure reservation. The remaining 50% is due minimum of 14 days prior to arrival. $1000 security deposit held on credit card until check-out.
