In the summer, you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, whitewater rafting, hot air ballooning, kayaking, horseback riding, jeep tours of gold rush ghost towns, and above all sunshine, blue skies, and cool nights. Additionally, the Breckenridge Recreation Center offers a fitness center, swimming pool, rock climbing wall, and various other activities and classes for the entire family. And if all this is not enough - there is a wonderful puzzle store in town, a quilt shop, an Internet cafe, and DVD/video rental stores.
Condo location and extras.: This beautiful condominium is located between the Marriott Mountain Lodge and Hyatt Main Street Station and offers comfortable accommodations at a fraction of their cost. You will appreciate the convenience of heated underground parking, elevators, plenty of storage room, a washer and dryer down the hall, and easy access to the free town shuttle. Guests also have access to the nearby Columbine swimming pool and four indoor and outdoor hot tubs.

Ski: Breckenridge has almost 4000 acres of great skiing. You are located only 100 yards from the Quicksilver lift which services Beginner and intermediate terrain, and drops you at Peak 10, which is expert terrain. If you get tired, you are a 20/30 minute ride to Keystone, Copper or Arapahoe Basin.
Golf: The local Jack Nickalus designed Breckenridge Golf course has 27 holes surrounded by snow covered mountains, beautiful wild flowers, and many challenging holes. It is about 10 minutes from the condo.
