Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $3150/week $450/nt 7 nt minimum.
- * Nightly Rate ... $450/nt (7 Niight ninimum) $500 up /night for short stay.
* 30% to make reservation (all preferred), but balance by 60 days of arrival.
* $500/night holidays.
* Security Deposit $500 & is not used toward Rental Payment. Deposit is Returned approximately 60 days. After Departure. If there are Any damages, the amount is deducted from the Security Deposit and the Balance is returned with a Receipt and Explanation of Charges.
* Check in: 3 pm and check out: 11 am.
