Lyman Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- No cleaning fee if cottage left as found. Cleaning fee $75.00/hr
- May reduce rate to $1200.00 per week if Master Suite is not used. Deposit of half the rental fee is required at time of booking with remaining fee and security due 1 month prior to rental.
- A security deposit of $500.00 is required and will not be refunded if trash or unwanted items are left or damage to the property or surroundings is noted. The property and furnishings must be left the way they are presented on the day of arrival. Security deposit will be refunded within 1 week of rental.
A $1000.00 security deposit is required for long term stays.

Lyman Cottage Details
Winter Rental: Security deposit of $1,000.00 required for monthly rental. No housekeeping service available for monthly rental.
All Rentals: Rental and use of the property is at your own risk. Deposit of 1/2 rental fee is due at time of booking. Deposit minus $100.00 (administrative fee) will be refunded up to 30 days of cancellation of rental. Security deposit and remaining rental fee due 30 days prior to rental. Any damaged property will be replaced by the property owner and charged against the security deposit. If property and grounds are not left as presented on arrival date, cost of clean up and will be charged at $75.00/hr against deposit.
