- The master bedroom has a private bath. Most of our guests rinse off and bathe outside in the Hot-and-Cold outdoor shower. The plumbing was fully modernized in the recent renovation, including installation of a dishwasher, washer/dryer, garbage disposal, and master bathroom.

- Our housekeeper cleans thoroughly before and after each stay, and since we began, in 2006, every guest has avoided a 'heavy cleaning' surcharge by keeping the house tidy (in consideration of the housekeeper) so she can finish within the allotted time (10 A.M. to 3 P.M.). Guests do not need to clean and scrub, but we ask everyone to be considerate of the housekeeper and subsequent guests. Ten sleeping spaces accommodate varied groups of up to 8 adults and children (to protect septic systems, the Health Department limits occupancy in Falmouth houses). We provide a Pack N' Play portable crib and two child booster seats (in the 2nd floor closet).
