Peaks Island House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $3000/wk in summer and $2000/wk other seasons
- * Fall, Winter, & Spring dates and rates are negotiable.
* Guests are encouraged to bring their own linens.
*If house linens are used they must be left clean/folded.
* $500 Deposit required for reservation and will be returned when property is inspected after guest departure.
* Checks and Paypal accepted. - $3000 for a week from May 15 to Sept 15.
$2000 per week Sept 16 to May 14.
Weekends may be available in the off season for $1200.
