Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1,300/wk to $1,500/wk; May through October.
- May, June, September, October: $1300 per week.
July & August $1500 per week.
Short stays available during spring & fall (3 night minimum)
Reservations & Payments:
One half rent due to place reservation. Remaining rent, tax, and $500 refundable damage deposit due 6 weeks in advance of stay. Damage deposit is returned promptly after your stay. - Travelers with pets:
*Please add $50 per pet, per week to the basic rental fee.
