Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- May, June, Sept, Oct. $1,000/wk. July $1,200/wk. August $1,400 wk.
Please add $50/wk for pet. Please also add $50 for each additional sofa bed you will need to use.
Deposit of $600 per week ($650 with pet or more than 8 people) due when placing reservation. Deposit acts as a reservation deposit to secure your reservation until your stay begins. Once you arrive, it becomes a damage deposit during your stay. Deposit is refundable after your stay.
