- Our Master bedroom is directly off the screened deck, with French glass doors leading out that can be left open through the night if desired. It has its own full bath, entertainment center with cable television, and VHS/DVD player. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds in the form of a daybed with pop-up trundle, its own bath, and cable television (free computer is in this room as well!). The 3rd bedroom features a Queen bed, its own bath(shower only, no tub), and cable television. We also provide two twin, self-inflating Aerobeds which can be placed anywhere you like! The floor plan of this unit allows for privacy between each bedroom/bath area.

What to do........: Take a short walk across the bridge next to us...past Folly's beach shops and many restaurants, to the warm Atlantic ocean beach... miles of it(and take along our complementary beach cart to tote your beach gear!). There, you will find a 1000-foot fishing pier with restrooms, showers, parking, beachside dining, and more. Or, drive 10 minutes to the cultural and historic attractions of downtown Charleston. There, enjoy world-class restaurants, or a carriage ride to view local historical sites, fabulous shopping on King Street (our Madison Avenue!), notable Charleston architecture, and the historic market place where you can find the famous Sweetgrass Basket artisans, and much more. Or visit our famous South Carolina Aquarium, the exciting IMAX theatre....or a boat ride ....
After a day at the beach.......: From the screened porch, sit back and relax with refreshments as you watch incredible sunsets, pelicans flying by and dolphins feeding on the river banks! On our dock or by the lagoon, cast a net for some shrimp or crabs... or bring your rod and fish awhile. If an evening dip to cool off after a long day at the beach or sightseeing, sounds good, enjoy our private pool (and our pool toys!) at sunset and beyond... Rain or shine... there is ALWAYS something to do... including an extensive DVD and VHS collection in the condominium for 'whenever.', as well as WiFi Internet, fax, printer! Please do not hesitate to inquire about long-term rates...
More about our rates.....: Additional Rental Information: $75 cleaning fee. $25 rental of bed linens AND towels, and beach towels! $250 refundable security deposit. 10% South Carolina sales tax on rental and fees. NOTE: 50% deposit required when reserved and confirmed. Cancellation refund of 100% if cancelled 60+ days in advance, 50% if cancelled 30 days in advance, and no refund if cancelled less than 30 days ahead, unless owner can re-rent, at which point refund, less 10% cancellation fee, would be made. Dates changes will be processed if alternate dates available. Change fee applies if Owner cannot re-rent original dates.
Golf: Golf at Charleston's many courses, including a good and inexpensive public course nearby... or the celebrated courses of Kiawah and Seabrook Islands just nearby, about a 30 minute drive away!
