Other amenities include kayaks and recreation room with bar and foosball. Close to proximity to Northern Virginia, Fredericksburg, Lake Anna state park, waterfront restaurant and convenience store.

Notes: Basement rec room has bar and foosball table. Docking/mooring of boat permitted at dock area. Dock has Trex decking, kiddie pool, ladder, nice swimming area and covered dining area. 2 Kayaks are included, there is an excellent natural area close by to kayak. Please bring plenty of beach towels to use on the dock! Access inside boathouse prohibited. Smoking allowed on exterior decks and patios only. No smoking in the house or alarm will sound! No pets please. Property is not suitable for bicycles, there is a slope toward the lake. Icemaker out of order. Pls. bring ice.

Lake Anna House Details

Guest Book: Linda, The lake house was just as you described in the listing. The house is nicely designed, and ideal for a family with three kids and friends. The dock was nice for getting sun, and we enjoyed the two kayaks (ideal for nature trip up the creek). Skiing was great up north of Hunter's Landing, and the state park launch ramp was good (the one at Hunter's Landing has a very short cement pad area, which we chose not to use).
