Destiny by the Sea House Details
The main floor includes a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen equipped with Viking appliances and a gas cook top and griddle for the chef in the family. The kitchen has a large island with bar seating, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, microwave, and a dishwasher. There is a large dining area with beautiful original wall art, a relaxing sitting area with a gas-log fireplace, and a large comfortable living area with a TV/VCR and a sleeper sofa. The main floor also has a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a private bathroom and a half bath.
The first floor boasts a huge bedroom with a queen-size bed, a sleeper sofa, a private bath, a wet bar, a laundry room and a large secondary bedroom accommodating three bunk beds and a private bath. There are French double doors that lead out from the bedroom to the private swimming pool. Also, on the first floor is a wine storage room with a refrigerator and wine racks.
The third floor is complete with a master suite with a king-size bed, a sleeper sofa, and a private luxurious bathroom. This enormous master suite has an over-size sitting area with a romantic fireplace and private balcony overlooking the gulf. Also, on the third floor is the fifth bedroom with a queen-size bed and a private bath. Villa Playa is truly a dream home!
