Fort Myers House Details
The interior of the home was painted January 2008 & new furniture was added. In 2001 the kitchens & baths were renovated. The main kitchen and the smaller convenience kitchen in the family room area had all-new appliances, cabinetry and beautiful Corian countertops installed. Two kitchens in one home and both are well equipped! This is a great feature for two or three couples who may want to have a quiet dinner together by the pool then retire to your own private suite. Both sides of the home have sliding glass doors that lead to the pool area. The two full baths were also renovated with new fixtures and modern features. The westside of the home has a walk-in shower with large vanity, tile floors and large closets. The eastside of the home has a tub, shower, sink, and vanity with a large Corian counter.
The living room has a dining area with views of the outdoor living area on the pool deck. The family room has a 37' screen TV with DVD, and also has sliding glass doors to the pool area. This is the home for you if you are looking for a quiet, convenient location close to shopping, beaches, fishing, golf courses, and the many amenities that surround this area.
