  When booking, remember you are buying Nights. If you are departing on the 10th and won't stay past 12 noon on the 10th there is no reason to book the 10th, for example.

  We can process your request for booking our vacation rental with two payments if you qualify as follows:
  a) When your arrival time is more than 30 days ahead;
  -and-
  b) The total amount is over $500.
  Another way to say this is that 'If you are arriving in 30 days or less and/or if the total amount is $500 or less, the whole amount will be due in one payment.'
  
  If your total amount is over $500 and you will be arriving in over 30 days, then you do qualify to pay for your vacation rental in two payments and this is how that works:
  (1) The first payment (also called the Initial or Hold or Booking Deposit) is at least $500 (you can pay more if you prefer) and it is due As Soon As Possible to secure your space and the dates you want to stay;
  (2) The second payment is the balance and that payment is due before 30 days of your arrival date
