- To secure a reservation, 50 percent payment and a signed lease agreement are required. Full payment is required 45 days prior to occupancy. A security deposit of $300 is due 21 days prior to occupancy.
- One-week minimum stay from mid June through Labor Day; 3-night minimum the rest of the year.
The 10-person minimum includes infants and children. The rate for exceeding 10 people is $25 per person, per night -- subject to prior approval from landlord.

- The maximum occupancy is 10. Consideration will be given for more occupants, but there will be an additional charge of $50 per person, per night. Sheets and towels are not provided. The house is professionally cleaned in between tenants. Trash pickup is on Tuesdays and Friday. Trash bins must be left at curbside for pickup. Recycling must be separated but the bins may be left in the garage for separate pickup.
