This beautiful waterfront villa is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac street where you can enjoy all the outside areas. The villa is located 5 - 25 minutes from major attractions such as Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, and others. The development is just North of Hwy 27 & 192 and just 10 minutes to the gates of Disney World. Shopping and local restaurants are within 2 to 15 minutes. Walmart, Publix, Super Kmart, Super Target, Walgreens; Denny's, McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, Taco Bell, Outback Steakhouse, Pizza Hut, A&W, Perkins, just to name a few are close by.

The stunning sundeck area with a waterfall built into the pool area and covered patio with quality tables, sun loungers and chairs all provide ample opportunity to enjoy the Florida climate. There are children's play areas on-site, with tennis, soccer and basketball facilities less than a two minute walk.
