$300 per week ($400 with pets) deposit due when placing reservation. This deposit acts as a reservation deposit to secure your reservation until your stay begins. Once you arrive, it becomes a damage deposit during your stay. Deposit will be returned after stay when house is left in good condition. - Ask about 3 night stays during off season.
