The upstairs, which has two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa (sleeps 6 in all), for $1,200 a month (multiple months) or a single month for $1,400. The downstairs unit is actually a very large room and a very large bathroom, has its own stove and large refrigerator, and has its own washer and dryer units. The downstairs unit has a queen sized bed, a futon, and a bunk bed (sleeps 6 in all) and rents for $700 a month (multiple months) or a single month for $800.
