Special Amenities: Your legs will thank you for the elevator service and single level floor plan that makes it easy on you after a long day of skiing. Our Condo is securely located on the third floor. Convenient reserved parking in attached garage. Summer vacationers will appreciate the central air conditioning - an unusual feature in Park City Condos. We recently installed a water purification and water softening system for our condo only for pure delicious water at every tap. No bottled water needed. You have access to 2 large hot tubs. Our community outdoor hot tub is steps away. In addition, just a short walk away is the Bear Hollow Village Clubhouse which has a community pool, another hot tub, exercise room, fireplace, a computer with high speed Internet access, and locker-rooms.
Close to Everything: Canyons Ski Resort: 1.5 miles Park City Ski Resort: 5 miles Downtown Park City: 6 miles Deer Valley Ski Resort: 7 miles Utah Olympic Park bob sled, zip line, ski jump show: 1/4 mile Redstone Plaza, restaurants, shops, & movie theatres: 1/4 mile Tanger Outlet Mall: 1 mile Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude: 45 minutes Powder Mountain & Snow-basin: 60 minutes away Salt Lake International Airport: 35 minutes away Mountain Dell golf course:15 minutes away Park City golf course: 10 minutes away We are close to the fantastic new shopping and dining area called Redstone Plaza which has lots of great restaurants, shops, and movie theatres.
