Gilbert House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

A Security Deposit of $500 is required. Refundable after it is verified that the terms and conditions of the rental agreement were met. There is a cleaning fee of 150.00(Non-Refundable) 50% of rental fees are required at booking and the balance is required (14) days prior to arrival. If booking is made less than (30) days prior to arrival than total amount is due and payable at time of booking. Payment methods accepted are credit/debit card, PayPal, checks, cashier check and money order. All forms of checks and money orders only accepted if received within (30) days of arrival. Please, No Smoking is allowed inside. There is a cleaning fee of 150.00
(Non-Refundable).
