Peak season is $2,800 for Nov.-May Off peak is $1,200 for June -Oct.
Deposit fee of $500 required, (for 2 or more months deposit fee is 1,000) with full rent due 30 days prior. Renter pays electric,cleaning, phone, which comes out of deposit at end of rental period. After these deductions and inspection, the remaining deposit will be returned within 60 days.
There is a $100 application fee also that goes to the Condo Association. This is required for a parking permit. - Additional charge of $100 for more than 1 couple staying in unit (you have to register & sign in with the condo association before renting)
No children under 10 years of age. (2 child maximum)

Charter a Deep Sea fishing excursion, wind surf, body surf, or rent a boogie- board. World class golf everywhere, including PGA Village in Port St. Lucie about 20 minutes. Try a PGA tournament course in Palm Beach. Observe as tiny loggerhead turtles crawl back from their nesting areas into the water in July.
