Golf: Several excellent golf courses open to the public are nearby, including Farm Neck Golf Club which features spectacular waterviews, and a superb course.
Fishing: The island offers wonderful fishing opportunities which include deep sea charters, fly fishing, surf and pier fishing, and the renowned Fishing Derby each fall.
Children's Activities: Children will never be bored here on the Vineyard. Bikes and kayaks are easily rented. Riding stables offer lessons and trailrides. There's jetskiing, windsurfing lessons and rentals, and parasailing. The island newpapers and guides have special sections listing weekly activities especially for children including plays, storytimes, concerts, etc. And don't forget the ever popular Game Room and Flying Horses Carousel!
