This oceanside house is located in the heart of Duck, NC. just a short walking distance to shopping, restaurants or to the Currituck Sound to enjoy a beautiful sunset. Only 450' to your private beach access. Private pool and hot tub await your return from a day at the beach. There is an outdoor shower, BBQ grill, and basketball goal. Each bedroom has it's own cable TV/VCR, there is a porta-crib, high chair and numerous board games and Genesis video games, video & book library. The upper level has 1 master bedroom and a full bath, a well equipped kitchen and large dining area, a large open living room which leads out to a large wrap around deck with spectacular ocean and sound views. The lower level has 3 more bedrooms, a full bath, and a well equipped laundry room. Deck/Pool furniture, heat/air conditioning, a well maintained comfortable home, it's...'Just Ducky'.

Just a short drive to numerous light houses, golf courses, museums, wild horse refuge, kayak or ATV tours of the wetland, or deserted beaches, or take a short free ferry ride to Ocracoke Island. 15 minutes down the road visit the outlet mall in Nags Head or just curl up with a book at the beach. There is something for everyone, whether its the beach, the sound, shopping, fine dining or just hanging out in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub after a hard day vacationing.
