Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- money orders or bank checks are excepted. Security deposit of 300.00 is required.

Check in time is 3 PM and check out time is 10 AM. Please contact us about the possibility of early check in or late check out several days prior. We try to be accommodating, but depending on the season, it may not be possible. There is a late fee of $25.00 per hour after 10 AM. Please remember our cleaning people need to prepare and clean the condo for others to enjoy. - All notices of cancellations, for any reasons, are to be made in writing. When a request is received more than 60 days prior to the rental date, all attempts will be made to re-rent the property. If the property is re-rented a $100.00 service fee will be deducted and the balanced refunded. If the property is not re-rented all deposits and rental fees will be forfeited. If the cancellation request is less than 60 days all deposits are forfeited except security deposit.
