Staff:: Very friendly and reliable housekeeper. Feel confident for assistance is available anytime.
Polices: The home is elegantly furnished and decorated for your comfort and luxury. It includes unlimited nationwide calling, TV cable and hi speed wireless Internet access. 50% of rental payment is due to confirm reservations. Balance for the rental payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. A refundable damage deposit of $500 is due upon arrival. All fees become non refundable if canceled less than 60 days from arrival date Parties (defined as social gathering involving food and/or entertainment) consisting of more than 8 and less than 30 people will apply an additional $300 party charge. Larger volume of participants in a said party should be discussed with the manager, otherwise fee will be charged based on manager’s discretion. Host releases owners from any liabilities incurred during the party. Host will be responsible of any damages acquired during the party. If a party is conducted without manager’s knowledge, caretaker will assess scenario, evaluate how many guests participate
