Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- All reservations require a 50% nonrefundable deposit of rental rate without tax. The balance due including tax is due 61 days prior to arrival. Cancellations prior to 61 days before arrival are subject to a $150.00 service charge and the cost of any CC charges. Cancellations 61 days or less prior to arrival will not be refunded unless the property can be re-rented and only in the amount received for the re-rental less service charges.
- 20% Discount - All reservations made 30 days or less prior to arrival. High season/Holidays only.
